Short Terms of Service

Note: These are the Short Terms of Service for the SafePrompt software and its associated website. The complete General Terms and Conditions for using the software can be found in the Full Terms of Service, which are linked at the bottom of this page.

1. Provider and Scope

These Short Terms of Service apply to the visit and use of the SafePrompt website ("Provider"). For the download and use of the SafePrompt software (including license models, liability regulations, and payment processing), the detailed Terms of Service ("Full Version") apply.

2. Website Content

The website provides information about SafePrompt, its features, and license models. All texts, images, graphics, and other content displayed on the website are protected by copyright and may not be reused without the express consent of the Provider.

3. Purchase Processing via Paddle

For the acquisition of paid versions (e.g., "Premium" or "Premium Unlimited"), the Provider uses the service provider Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Payment processes, invoicing, and other purchase-related processes are handled by Paddle. Further details on license agreements, prices, and return rights can be found in the detailed Terms of Service.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal can be declared informally by email to info@safeprompt.eu or in writing. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content if the user agrees to immediate contract execution and waives their right of withdrawal. Complete details on the right of withdrawal can be found in the detailed Terms of Service.

5. Liability for Content and Links

The Provider maintains the content of the website carefully but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. External links lead to third-party offers. Only the respective operators are responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking.

6. Data Collection and Cookies

When visiting the website, technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, access time) may be collected. Cookies may be used to improve the functionality of the website. Details on data processing and the use of cookies are listed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for the use of the SafePrompt software (including any damages from its use) is exclusively regulated in the detailed Terms of Service.

8. Changes to these Short Terms

The Provider reserves the right to adapt these Short Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be published on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Provider's place of business.
