SafePrompt Mobile – Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Your privacy is important to us. SafePrompt Mobile processes your text locally on your device; no user content is sent to our servers.

2. Data We Collect

No analytics, advertising, device identifiers, location, contacts or photos are ever collected.

On-device data: prompts & anonymization rules (stored locally; never leave the device unless you export them).

Support communications: your email address and the content of your message.

Crash logs: processed by Apple's App Analytics and shared with us in anonymized form.

3. How We Use Data

• To operate and improve the App.
• To provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We receive anonymized crash logs from Apple Inc., which "provides the same or stronger privacy protection required by this Policy."

5. Security

All processing happens on-device.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Request deletion of support emails (via support@safeprompt.eu).
• Revoke sharing of crash logs at any time in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Analytics & Improvements.

Retention: support emails are stored for 12 months max, then securely erased. No other personal data is retained.

7. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be displayed in-app or on our website.
